The area is situated in the North-East, above Spina 3, beyond Piazza Baldissera, near the Rebaudengo Railway Station of the Municipal Railway Service (SFM – Servizio Ferroviario Metropolitano), between Corso Venezia, Corso Grosseto and Via Sempione. The areas that need be transformed are three: FS 1, FS 2 and Breglio. 
In 2025, construction will begin for the terminus of Line 2 of the metro. By 2024, the finishing works for the Rebaudengo Fossata station are expected to be completed.
