The area is strategically located between the high-speed train Porta Susa station (also Underground Line 1) and the cultural centre Officine Grandi Riparazioni (OGR), at the crossroad between Corso Bolzano and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, in a central area very well connected with the local, regional, and national public transport network.

The company Newcleo (CLEAN NUCLEAR ENERGY) is developing a project for the construction of a tower to house its headquarters. This project is supported by Politecnico di Torino, OGR, Envipark, INFRA.TO, Liftt, Nexto, and Planet Smart City.
The construction of the tower is expected to take approximately three years from the acquisition of the site. The project was initiated with an initial meeting between Newcleo and Ferrovie dello Stato.
