The actions envisage the recovery of the main building of the former three-phase power substation, subject to cultural heritage protection, with the creation of service sector-commercial/management area, the adjustment of the outer surface public space and their transfer to the municipality, after demolition of the existing secondary buildings.

In the rear area, construction works have commenced for the future Certosa metropolitan station, as part of the extension of Metro Line 1 in Turin. This station will represent an important interchange hub, where a cycle–pedestrian connection with the Collegno railway station is planned.
