The area, located between Via Reisera, Strada Cebrosa, and the Torino-Aosta highway, is set to host a development for industrial settlements, as indicated by the P.R.U.S.S.T.. In 2012, an Executive Agreement Plan was approved for the area, which was designated in the PRG as “Pi11”.
To allow for the functional diversification of the area, PRG Variation No. 30 intervened on the area’s classification, changing its designation to “Mf26” while expanding the permitted land uses, though the perimeter and construction parameters remained unchanged. Currently, the plan allows for the development of recreational, hospitality, and sports activities, while still maintaining the original industrial use.
