The building hosted the “Mario Enrico” Professional Training Center for a long time, which merged into CSEA in 1997, historically focused on industrial-type vocational training. In 2013, following the bankruptcy of CSEA, the building was abandoned. On June 21, 2015, the building, which had been transferred from the Municipality to Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, was occupied by about thirty homeless families. On July 7, 2015, the building was evacuated, and in 2018, it was demolished.
