The building, erected in the 1970s, was formerly the Piemonte Region Congress Center.
The new project envisions the construction of a residential building with 92 high-end apartments, named “Palazzo Contemporaneo.” The demolition of the existing structures has been fully completed. Currently, foundation work and above-ground structures are under construction.
