The real estate complex, built by the Military Administration between the 1940s and 1950s and originally used as warehouses, consists of eight buildings and several smaller structures, including a chimney, roofless ruins, and ramps originally intended for military vehicle maintenance.
The buildings were constructed by the Military Administration in the 1940s and 1950s on state-owned land and were officially decommissioned from government use in 2011.
