Palazzo Pacioli

last update: december 2025
sources: Città di Torino

The former Palazzo Pacioli, located in the heart of Turin (between Via XX Settembre, Via Amendola, Via Frola, and Via Arcivescovado) and formerly housing the INPS offices, will be redeveloped and converted into luxury residential units and service spaces. The project provides for the development of 94 high-end apartments, featuring premium finishes and residential typologies.

At ground level, new retail units will be introduced. The intervention will also be accompanied by changes to local traffic circulation, including the pedestrianisation of the final section of Via Amendola, thereby completing the pedestrian zone already hosting other retail activities.
