The former Ghibaudi site, a disused industrial complex located between Via Bellardi and Strada Basse Dora, has been demolished and remediated. A four-storey residential building will be developed in its place, featuring commercial premises and storage spaces on the ground floor.
In addition to the construction of the new building, the project includes the development of a public park, equipped with a play area dedicated to children aged 0–6 years.
