This area belongs to Comprensorio Vitali, inside PR.IU. Spina 3 district, and is situated between Via Orvieto, Via Verolengo, Via Borgaro and Parco Dora. It is easily accessible, with urban connections through Via Verolengo and Via Orvieto, is close to the ring road and the highway. Throughout the years the whole area has been substantially redeveloped with new buildings erected in dismissed industrial sites, thus gaining a new urban centrality.
