The area is situated in the North-East, above Spina 3, beyond Piazza Baldissera, near the Rebaudengo Railway Station of the Municipal Railway Service (SFM – Servizio Ferroviario Metropolitano), between Corso Venezia, Corso Grosseto and Via Sempione. This area partially constitutes the last of the four urban axes, known as “Spina 4”, which is composed of three transformation areas: FS1, FS2, and Breglio.

FS1 area: In 2018, the section of Corso Venezia between Piazza Baldissera and Via Fossata was opened to traffic. In 2023, the connection with the Turin–Caselle motorway link was completed. Starting in 2026, construction works will commence for the development of the depots and the terminus of Metro Line 2 (“Rebaudengo”).

Breglio area: In 2024, the finishing works of the Rebaudengo Fossata railway station were completed.
