In the framework of “Parco della Salute”, the area of FS Sistemi Urbani is situated to the west (District 3 – Comprensorio 3) between the “Parco” and the railway line of the Lingotto Railway Station, between the Oval Olympic Stadium to the north and Via Passo Buole to the south. The Programme Agreement of November 2017 – between Regional Administration, Municipal Administration, Hospital, University and FSSU – merges medical-scientific-hospital functions with those of the new head office of the Piedmont Regional Administration – in the skyscraper designed by Arch. Fuksas – and with the urban-infrastructural transformations of the Nuova stazione Ponte Lingotto (+9.000 sqm SLP) and of the Biotechnologies Centre in Scalo Vallino.
