The area, located within the broader Spina 1 district, represents an ambitious urban regeneration project that has yet to be fully implemented.

The project, initially signed by the Camerana & Partners studio, consists of a large base plate where two vertical elements will be erected. The tallest tower will contain offices, while the second will be used for high-end residential purposes.

The basement will include a large pedestrian gallery for public use, with commercial businesses and private services. The current agreement with Città di Torino envisages the construction, by the private operator, of an underground car park.
