Surrounded by Corso Giulio Cesare, Lungo Dora Firenze, Via Aosta and Corso Brescia, this area is an urban void, currently perceived as an extremely run-down space, situated on Dora river left bank, not far from the old-town centre. The slope of the terrain is considerable and might be a design opportunity for new actions. The area redevelopment will have to be carried out through a unitary executive plan based on private initiative for the creation of a tertiary-sector and service complex where 50% can be used as residence. In July 2019 this area was purchased through an offer of 7million 308 thousand euros.
