The current intended use is manufacturing, but an amendment to the general town planning scheme is underway to use it for commercial purposes.
The project which won "Mirafiori Next Step" competition envisages the replacement of the current abandoned factory with an area whose spaces will be used for students, a supermarket, green spaces and residential buildings, with a reduction in Co2 emissions.
