The transformation project envisages the creation of a fitness and wellness centre by the Spanish company Go Fit. It will include swimming pools, saunas, gyms and an underground parking lot. The parking area opposite the building, overlooking corso Verona, will be turned into a garden, with a playground and an underground tank to harvest rainwater to be used for irrigation. Around the garden, a cycle path will be created connected to the one opposite the area of “Nuvola della Lavazza”
