This area includes some properties of cultural interest (according to articles 13-14 of decree law No. 42/2004 and subsequent amendments). The context is mainly residential, easily accessible thanks to its proximity to surface public transport and Metro line 1. The main advantage is due to its position which is very close to Politecnico, the courthouse and the future congress centre. On 16th October 2012 the agreed executive plan was approved, whose urban development agreement was signed on 21st October 2015.
