The former Berto-Lamet workshops of the Fiat group are located on Strada del Portone, in Mirafiori Sud, and have been abandoned since 2010. The urban transformation project for the area, approved in 2018, envisages the construction of commercial and residential buildings.

To date, construction works have not yet commenced, despite the final deadline having been set for 3 September 2025.
