This area is situated in the city northern part, in a strategic position along Spina axis. The main added value lies in its proximity to the new Rebaudengo railway station, a metropolitan hub that in the future could be used as an intermodal area between Line 2, the metropolitan railway system and the airport connection.
In 2024, demolition works commenced, with completion expected by early 2026. The design phase is currently underway, envisaging the development of a new commercial, office, and hospitality hub, conceived to be attractive to both local residents and visitors.
