One of the oldest hospitals in Torino, opened in 1887 and named after Queen Maria Adelaide, closed in 2016 when all the wards moved to CTO hospital. RedevelopmentIn February 2024, Ream SGR completed the acquisition of the former Hospital by Città della Salute. The project involves the renovation of the former hospital, which will be converted into a student residence with approximately 400 beds, including spaces for dining, study rooms, and recreational areas. Part of the building will be dedicated to a healthcare facility (clinics) to serve the local community.
