The proposal envisages the creation of around 340 residential units, besides spaces for social support and integration activities. The project also envisages the creation of a hub for commercial businesses and public services not only to meet the needs of the new settlement, but also to integrate the functions of the two historic complexes based in Falchera suburb. The central position of the new square will be the direct link between old Falchera and the new stop of tramway 4 surrounded by shops, services, access to residential buildings and retail facilities.
