Office tower, service centre and 38,000 square metres of car park: these are the main features of Sede Unica della Regione Piemonte complex. Regione Piemonte headquarters, currently scattered in 10 different offices throughout the city with over 2,000 employees, will be moved here. Conceived as an important landmark for the regional community and all the citizens, connected to the surrounding buildings such as Lingotto, Oval and the future Parco della Salute, della Ricerca e dell’Innovazione di Torino, this skyscraper consists of a large courtyard comprising the tower base on the two underground levels. The entrance hall on the ground floor, accessible from Via Nizza, will include the reception and the Region exhibition area. The tower is made of reinforced concrete and glass, with innovative energy saving and environmental sustainability techniques. On the top two floors, a green area with open-air garden will be created, open to Piedmontese citizens and tourists, so that they can enjoy the view.
