The proposal intends to re-use the building, owned by BNL and abandoned for over ten years, as Torino-based headquarters of ESCP Business School which aims at strengthening its presence in Torino by creating a new campus for 1,000 university students from all over the world. Inside the new facility, educational spaces will be created and (especially on the ground floor) services for students, to guarantee entertainment and safety of the area.
