From the 1970s to 2002, this building was the headquarters of Brondi (company set up in Torino in 1935) specialised in the production and distribution of landline telephone equipment. The complex, including the factory and the surrounding land, is close to the Torino Aosta motorway entrance (heading to France) and Torino northern ring road. Not far lies the industrial and shopping centre of Settimo Torinese, with the greatest Retail Park in Italy, a logistic hub for shipping, IT and textile companies as well as engineering plants.
