The project envisages the recovery of the complex for residential purposes through a conservative restoration of the master wing and the restructuring of the areas used as storage and stables. The internal courtyard, to be preserved according to the original layout, will be used as private car park and covered with appurtenant green spaces. The project goal is to enhance all the historical buildings and, therefore, will have to respect all the typological, architectural, formal and artistic elements of the original artifact. The complete reconstruction of the building parts is admitted for structural needs and/or sanitary adjustments, functional and energy improvements.
