The action envisages the recovery of the existing building with the creation of spaces for service sector/commercial purposes. Reinforced concrete barrel geometry covering will have to be preserved and enhanced as they are typical of the industrialization phase that followed WW2. At the same time, internal pedestrian connections will have to be made heading to the north-southern part, between Via De Amicis and Via Antonelli.
