The action envisages the redevelopment of the properties subject to constraints for the creation of commercial and public establishments; the recovery of the multi-storey facility in Corso Francia (a former office building) to be used for the service sector (co-working, start-up) and/or residential purposes, also as student residence; the possible redevelopment of the property portion not subject to constraints with the creation of an indoor area to be used for privately owned commercial businesses (e.g. indoor market); the possible demolition of the building formerly used for vehicle wash service; the adjustment of the outdoor areas of the main buildings to be recovered with the creation of a public square-market area; deductible from the building contributions related to the action and according to the quantity and methods to be agreed during implementation.
