The ex-LIRI plant is situated in a mainly productive area used for industrial, craft and commercial activities. The companies based here, both national and international, mostly operate in the metalworking, chemical-pharmaceutical and design sectors. The complex includes a series of warehouse once used for the Productive/Manufacturing cycle, a management office building, a reception, ancillary rooms and appurtenant areas. The factory was dismissed in 2013. The ex-LIRI, well connected to the public transport network, has an excellent visibility and accessibility. The current general regulatory plan envisages the creation of an entrance directly in the area nearby the ring road. The abandoned area, after years of inactivity, will become operational again thanks to an important redevelopment project.
