The action envisages the recovery of the former Sandretto area through the creation of a new urban centrality, by converting the original industrial building gross floor area into service sector-commercial buildings and/or residential buildings. A nursing home will also be created for 120 guests, as part of the project urban variant. The new buildings will define the design of the new blocks and spaces to be used as squares, cycle-pedestrian lanes and green areas, as well as the area road network rationalization.
