The ex- PIRELLI area is included in “Laguna Verde”, one of the largest urban redevelopment projects ever undertaken in Italy, both for its volumes and conceptual level. The portion under consideration is along the axis of Via Torino and has an excellent accessibility thanks to the creation of a road connecting it directly to Torino ring road. 

In 2025, demolition and remediation works began on the industrial sheds of the former plant, covering approximately 184,000 sqm.
The intervention marks the starting point of a broader master plan, which, within the Laguna Verde framework, envisages the development of residential, research, and tertiary functions, as well as the creation of extensive green areas.
