The ex- PIRELLI area is included in “Laguna Verde”, one of the largest urban redevelopment projects ever undertaken in Italy, both for its volumes and conceptual level. The portion under consideration is along the axis of Via Torino and has an excellent accessibility thanks to the creation of a road connecting it directly to Torino ring road. The reclamation process is in progress. A part of the area of around 88,000 sq m has currently no buildings and is partially excavated due to the soil reclamation activities.
