Pi13b CPT is a free area situated in a manufacturing-industrial context north of Bealera Nuova which, in Settimo Torinese, is the morphological-environmental limit of the green ring and is part of the industrial zone located in the outskirts of Settimo Torinese, Leinì, Borgaro Torinese and Mappano. The general town development plan envisages for this area an adaptation of the road network, with the creation from scratch of roads providing a direct connection to Settimo Torinese highway exit.
