The PIP4 area is behind another productive area (PIP3) developed in 2000 along Strada Vernea. The plans for this area envisage the creation of productive plots, a commercial plot and a service area consisting of bar/refreshment, service centre and a hotel facility. The context is still mainly agricultural with several buildings used for residential and manufacturing purposes. The area accessibility is good as it is connected to the ring road by Debouchè exit.
