The project is structured into several phases: the first phase, completed in 2021, concerned the creation of a new sporting arena with a capacity of 1,000 seats. A building consisting of two main blocks will be created: 1) the central body, with an overall height of 15 m, will represent the main volume and include a large gym with stands; 2) the second block will develop on three sides of the central body, with an overall height ranging from 4 to 6 m and include a muscle-building gym, locker rooms, a conference room, a bar/restaurant, a sport-medical centre, services for the public.

In the agricultural lot to the south-east, between Via Santa Cristina and Via San Mauro, construction works appear to have started for a residential development project, which has raised controversy expressed by Legambiente.
In the lot adjacent to Parco Berlinguer, the project envisages the doubling/expansion of the park area.
