The ex-TRECI was built in the early 1960s and consists of industrial buildings, now used for commercial-sale activities and as offices. Recently, a photovoltaic system has been installed on the covering for energy production. The property structural plan is rectangular and includes an office building close to the entrance and a building used as warehouse and for operations on the opposite side. The MAIP Compounding project envisions the creation of an innovative and eco-sustainable facility focused on research and development of next-generation green polymers and advanced materials for cutting-edge technological applications.
