The ex-TRECI was built in the early 1960s and consists of industrial buildings, now used for commercial-sale activities and as offices. Recently, a photovoltaic system has been installed on the covering for energy production. The property structural plan is rectangular and includes an office building close to the entrance and a building used as warehouse and for operations on the opposite side. The ex-TRECI is close to Torino-Aosta highway, Torino northern ring road, and Torino-Milano highway. Not far there is also Settimo industrial and commercial hub, with the largest Retail Park in Italy, a logistic hub for shipments, IT, textile companies and engineering plants.
