The action envisages the recovery of the former Acciaierie Mandelli and Protex area through the creation of a new urban centrality, converting the gross surface area of the original industrial buildings into new residential buildings and a new medium-sized commercial-sale area. The new buildings will redefine the block and public space design, as they will be used as squares, cycle-pedestrian lanes and green areas. The service and area maximum recovery will be ensured. For this reason, the school building regeneration will be taken into consideration, as urban variant to be carried out according to the modes agreed during execution.
