The complex consists of a shed with a rectangular layout (m 146.95 x 40.20) and a basement, where a building with 3 floors above the ground level was erected. It currently seems in good conditions, also in terms of maintenance. Some works have been recently carried out to restore the roofing and restructure the toilets on the first floor. In 2001, asbestos was found on some of the existing flooring and part of the pipes inside the hollow spaces. The project aims to relocate a book collection and create a study room available for art students from the nearby Einaudi Campus.

description
The redevelopment envisages conservative actions in the existing buildings having an architectural value and the recently erected ones, to complete the area. Therefore, great attention shall be paid to the relation with the surrounding buildings and the public space opposite corso Verona.
