The redevelopment project of the former Novares building in Beinasco envisages its transformation into a civic hub intended to accommodate the Local Police, Civil Protection, Eco-Volunteers, and other community support services. The project also includes the regeneration of Piazza Dolci, through the creation of a socio-cultural centre that will host the municipal library and the Reading Park, conceived as open spaces for culture and social interaction.
The new layout of the square includes a covered market route and the redevelopment of public spaces through the introduction of green areas and urban furniture.
The intervention, funded by PNRR resources, aims to restore a central place of aggregation and civic participation to the city.
