The area under consideration is that of the former Gruppo Finanziario Tessile factory, that has already been demolished. Two blocks will be erected in the new area: the first, of around 8,000 sqm, will include a climbing gym designed for international competitions, a landmark for Norther Italy. While the second, of around 6,000 sqm, will be used as an aggregation point and for commercial purposes.
