The project envisages the creation of the first Home and Design District in the region with shops of home décor and design, a catering hub and a multiplex cinema. In addition, green areas will be set up, together with playgrounds, spaces for entertainment, and three squares for exhibitions and events. In order to preserve the past, Cascina Armano – a farmhouse that has been abandoned for a long time – will also be restored.
