The former Lavazza headquarters is a multi-storey building situated between Corso Novara and Via Tollegno, with a backyard and a low-rise building used as archive and warehouse. The building called “Palazzo Lavazza” was Lavazza headquarters until 2018, when the new headquarters called “Nuvola Lavazza” was officially opened. The complex consists of two buildings united to form the shape of an L: the main one overlooking Corso Novara, with an aluminium and glazing facade, five floors above the ground level, a mezzanine floor, a lower ground and a small portion underground. The second building, along via Tollegno, has three floors above the ground level, a mezzanine floor and a lower ground. The project involves the construction of a student residence, which will also include a gym, study areas, and social spaces in both indoor and outdoor environments.
