The project involves the redevelopment of the disused Veglio industrial area, following environmental remediation, to revitalize a long-unused space and increase the supply of public housing. The plan includes 58 residential units, spaces designated for services, and recreational areas aimed at fostering social interactions among the families residing in the housing units.
The interventions are funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Mission 5, Component 2, Investment 2.1 – Urban Regeneration.
