The former Bonafous area, located between Corso Regina Margherita and Via Pianezza in Turin, is the subject of a major urban regeneration project involving the development of a green data centre to replace the former disused industrial sheds. The project includes environmental remediation, the demolition of existing structures, and the construction of a high energy-efficiency data centre.
Part of the area will be allocated to green spaces and public services. The intervention, oriented towards environmental sustainability and digital transition, represents an innovative example of productive reconversion for the northern sector of Turin.
