The former train depot, located in the area between Via Nizza and Via Chisola, is the subject of a redevelopment project aimed at transforming the complex into a new city-wide cultural hub. In 2024, structural reinforcement works were carried out on the historic circular engine shed, originally intended for the shunting and sorting of rail wagons.
