The intervention provides for the replacement of the existing post office building with a new facility that will accommodate the postal services, a public food and beverage venue, and a multipurpose space for associations and the local community. The project originated from a community request aimed at promoting social inclusion and interaction, while supporting the development of new economic activities and multifunctional spaces for residents. The interventions are designed to achieve a nearly zero-energy building performance.
The project is funded by PNRR, allocated to the implementation of the National Innovative Programme for Housing Quality (PINQuA).
