The project provides for the environmental remediation and permanent safety securing of the municipal former Cimi Montubi site in Basse di Stura, currently contaminated by industrial slag and inertised waste. The intervention, which completes the works already initiated on the former SIN (Site of National Interest), includes impermeable capping, reprofiling of embankments, and the connection with the remediation of the Deltasider area, thereby making the site usable and suitable for the future development of an Urban Park.
The project is funded by the PNRR – Mission 2, Component 4, within the framework of Next Generation EU.
