Fiat takes over Lancia. Five years before, the Palazzo Uffici Lancia in Borgo San Paolo is completed, designed by Nino Rosani with the support of Ufficio Costruzioni Lancia and the collaboration of Studio Gio Ponti. This building follows the trend set by Milan’s skyscrapers (Pirelli), with a similar layout geometry and type of façade, though smaller.
