The exhibition Conceptual Art. Arte povera. Land Art, curated by Germano Celant, Lucy Lippard and Aldo Passoni, is staged at the Galleria Civica d’Arte Moderna. It displays works, installations, performances and art films presented the year before in the manifesto-exhibition When Attitudes Become Form, curated by Harald Szeemann at the Kunsthalle in Berne. It promotes the movement of Arte povera, whose epicentre is in Torino. Galleria Sperone, Galleria Notizie, Galleria Stein and Deposito d’arte presente are the main landmarks of Arte povera artists in the city.
