In February, the city council approves the creation of 23 neighbourhoods with service decentralization at territorial level, part of 10 constituencies which will be defined in December 1984. Torino will consist of 10 constituencies, each with its council, until 2015. Then, from 1st January 2016, their number will be reduced to 8 as a result of territorial concentration.
