Creation of Punti Verdi, places in the city parks (but not only) where summer shows take place for the people staying in the city. Two years later, SettembreMusica will start (then named MITO SettembreMusica since 2007), following an initiative by Città di Torino in collaboration with Fondazione Teatro Regio di Torino and Unione Musicale. This classical music festival proposes new spaces for enjoying classical music, thus attracting a wider and more heterogeneous public.
